48 Hours in London (London Travel Guide)
London is one of those cities that simply oozes cool. It contains a paradoxical mix of old fashioned British elegance and cutting edge modern atmosphere. The city has a very diverse nightlife and dining scene with everything from the must humble pint in a down to earth pub to the trendiest cocktail in a chic party hotspot.
It is also a great place to see some world class theatre on the West End and to listen to some live music. London is also rich with history and during your 48 hour

It is no nonsense and gives detailed and concise information, as gives nice summaries of these locations. Also, I enjoy the history and culture information that it also provides about London. Packed and Ready to Go!,
I have always wanted to travel abroad on vacation but never could settle on where to go. Either there was a language barrier or my family simply wasn’t interested in any options my husband and I suggested. After reading this book, I’m completely sold! I had no idea there was so much entertainment, rich history, and events to partake of in London! The Royal Opera House, the shopping, various festivals, sporting events, the shopping, jazz, the shopping, Thames Barrier, etc. is not even one percent of what is available. Did I mention the lucsious shopping?
The special thing about this book is that it provides you with a detailed guide that you can follow from the time you get on the airplane to the time you are ready to explore. The in-depth guide gives you advice on when to rest, where to eat, places to go, and even info on the safety measures of the London police. Not sure what kind of clothing to pack? Read this book and you will know exactly what to expect of the temperatures and weather. You may even run into a favorite celebrity or two…or many! London is so full and bursting with diverse culture and history; the author captures its charms perfectly. You won’t be bored or sorry that you got this book!

A Nice Start For Planning Your Trip,
This book will certainly give you many ideas for places to visit when in London. Keep in mind that with the “48 Hours” theme, this book lists the top attractions. If you are there for a longer period, there is tons more to see.
One complaint though.. I really don’t mind spelling and grammatical errors that much. But this book had so many that it was almost a distraction.
