Good Reader "Nasi goreng"
Good allround review,
I bought this book (Kindle version) for my first ever trip to Paris next month October 2012.
This guide provides a good round up of the must see places.
It divides the chapters based on the neighborhood: transport, important landmarks including museums, restaurants, shopping, hotels, some background history, etc.
There are also maps included for each neighborhood. They are in colors, easily read, and can be enlarged by moving two fingers together(on iPhone).
As the book cover wide arrays of sightseeing etc, it could be a bit overwhelming for first time visitor. I like that the guide include sections on best/top attractions, reasons why to go, and Fodor’s choice, which help to narrow down the choices.
On top of that it’s well written, and quite an interesting read.
Recommended.
